This month's newsletter covers recent federal and state changes that caught many organizations by surprise. IRC Section 501(c)(3) organizations in the State of New Mexico must file with several government entities: the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (PRC) (if a corporation), the New Mexico Attorney General (NMAG), and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). 17th Annual Amy Biehl Youth Spirit Award - Nominations PDF Print E-mail

Amy Biehl, a graduate of Santa Fe High School, understood that, as an American, she had it better than many people in much of the world. The 16th Annual Amy Biehl Youth Spirit Award winners in 2009 were Alejandra Carmona of Albuquerque and Fionna Walters of Mexican Springs. The Two honorees were Alex Wirth of Santa Fe and Arielle Hawney of Sapello.
